Services:

  • The Cancer Support Nurse helps people to understand all cancers (other than breast and prostate cancer) and treatments. The nurse provides care co-ordination, support, resources and education for clients diagnosed with cancer and their families.
  • Referrals can be made by self-referral, Surgeons, Medical/Radiology Oncologists, General Practitioners, or any health professional.
