Services:

• The Prostate Cancer Nurse helps people to understand prostate cancer and treatments. The nurse provides care co-ordination, support, resources and education for clients diagnosed with prostate cancer and their families.

Referrals:

• Referrals can be made by self-referral, Surgeons, Medical Oncologists, General Practitioners, or any health professional.
