How to refer your patient

We accept GP and specialist referrals for all Specialist Clinics.

Referring clinicians must comply with statewide referral criteria for all referrals – src.health.vic.gov.au

All referrals will be triaged by the specialist according to clinical need required for your patients condition

Referrals which do not meet the Statewide Referral Criteria may be declined.
