Program Overview
Echuca Regional Health Graduate Nurse Program midyear intake 2025.
Positions are offered at 0.8 EFT (8 days per fortnight).
This graduate program is designed to help the Graduate Nurse transition from student to Registered Nurse and to provide consolidation of knowledge and skills whilst using a holistic approach to the delivery of nursing care.
Rotations are offered in Medical Ward, Surgical Ward, Renal Dialysis Unit, Medical Day Treatment Unit, Community Nursing, Perioperative Unit, Emergency Department and Subacute Ward.
Commencement date: July 21, 2025.

Key Selection Criteria
KSC1 Sound level of knowledge and skill relating to nursing care and the clinical environment appropriate to the position.
KSC2 Commitment to ongoing learning and the ability to accept constructive feedback and appropriate direction.
KSC3 Ability to set goals and objective and meet deadlines as required.
KSC4 Commitment to working as part of a team and the ability to work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
KSC5 Commitment to completing all requirements of the graduate nurse program continuing professional development.
KSC 6 Knowledge of contemporary nursing issues, trends and research.
KSC7 Commitment to quality assurance and quality improvement activities.

- We require the entire document please.
- The preference is for reports from acute placements in final year and second year.

A copy of your Academic Transcript: we understand that this will not yet be complete.
