Physiotherapists are highly qualified health professionals who work in partnership with their patients to help people get better and stay well.

Using advanced techniques and evidence-based care, physiotherapists assess, diagnose, treat and prevent a wide range of health conditions and movement disorders. Physiotherapy helps repair damage, reduce stiffness and pain, increase mobility and improve quality of life.

Physiotherapy extends from health promotion to injury prevention, acute care, rehabilitation, maintenance of functional mobility, chronic disease management, patient and carer education and occupational health.

ERH physiotherapists provide services across many areas including:

• Hospital in-patients
• Transition Care Program
• Community Rehabilitation Centre
• Women’s Health and Community clients
• Infant, child & adolescent health
• Patient Rehabilitation
• Gerontology and Aged Care clients
• Disability Services

This service is supported by funding from the Commonwealth and Victorian Governments under the HACC –PYP, CHSP and Community Health programs, eligibility criteria will apply.

$15.70 per consultation
$10.20 for Health Care Card holders or under 18 years of age.

Fees do not apply for services to:

• Inpatients of Echuca Regional Health.
• Non-admitted DVA, TAC, NDIS Home care package(L3/4} recipients and Workcover clients are billed directly at agreed rates
