GP referrals for COVID-19 Vaccine

Please discuss with your GP if you have an existing medical condition or medical history that you believe puts you at risk of receiving a certain vaccine.

Your GP can fill out a referral form on your behalf to the Victorian Specialist Immunisation Services (VicSIS).

The outcome of your referral will be sent back to your GP once assessed by VicSIS.

*Please note due to the number of referrals in the system, there is a delay in referrals being assessed.

If approved, you will need to visit the The Specialist Immunisation Clinic at Bendigo Health. ERH are currently not providing  vaccines for this service.
