How to refer your patient
The Wounds Clinic accepts referrals from GP’s, medical professionals and self referrals from the patient.
Referring clinicians must comply with statewide referral criteria for all referrals – src.health.vic.gov.au
The standard information required on all referrals – Minimum information for referrals to non-admitted specialist services | health.vic.gov.au
All referrals will be triaged by the specialist according to clinical need required for your patients condition.

Referrals which do not meet the Statewide Referral Criteria may be declined.
