How to refer your patient

We accept GP and specialist referrals for all Specialist Clinics.

Referring clinicians must comply with Statewide Referral Criteria for all referrals.

The standard information required on all referrals – src.health.vic.gov.au

All referrals will be triaged by the specialist according to clinical need required for your patient’s condition

Referrals which do not meet the Statewide Referral Criteria may be declined.

The demand on the Infectious Disease Clinic is high. Consequently, waiting times for this Clinic can be quite lengthy.
