If your surgery requires an overnight stay (excluding caesarean’s), you will be required to attend the Pre-Operative Clinic at Echuca Regional Health. You will be contacted by phone to arrange this appointment, so please contact the Theatre Liaison as soon as possible on 03 5485 5000 to provide suitable contact phone numbers (if not already provide). Day surgery patients usually will not need to attend this clinic.
One working day prior to your admission for surgury, between 10:00am and 12 noon, you will need to ring the Theatre Liaison on 03 5485 5000 for your admission time. You will be admitted up to two hours before your operation.

If you have not already completed hospital admissions forms in consultation with your doctor, you will need to down load the following two forms and complete them before sending them to:
