What is the Make Your Mark Fundraising Campaign?
The ‘Make Your Mark’ Fundraising Campaign commenced in June 2012 when ten volunteer members from the Echuca Moama community had a vision to raise sufficient funds to ensure that when completed, this new hospital would contain state of the art equipment.
The committee comprised Neil Thomas (Chair), Roger Wakefield (Vice Chair), Handel Aubrey, Des Carey, Ingrid Farrant, Clint Flanigan, Dorothy Maughan, Alan Whitten, Carol Worsnop and Di van der Zypp.
These enthusiastic, passionate and committed community members developed the brand ‘You deserve the best, it is your hospital. Make Your Mark’.
For three years they worked tirelessly, resulting in the most successful fundraising campaign ever undertaken in the Echuca Moama community.
As at 20 June 2015, the ‘Make Your Mark’ campaign raised a total of $3,049,407.89.
In the main entrance of ERH, you will find an acknowledgement wall, which is tribute to each and every donor who contributed to that significant achievement and the ‘Make Your Mark’ Committee.
