This is a 52-week program commencing January 24th 2022.
The program consists of a combination of employment at Rochester and Elmore District Health Service (REDHS) and St Anthony’s Family Medical Practice.
One position at 0.8 EFT (8 days per fortnight).
Experience gained at REDHS includes Aged Care, Acute and exposure to Urgent Care Centre.
The role at St Anthony’s Family Medical Practice is that of a Practice Nurse.
The graduate program is designed to help the Graduate Nurse to transition from student to Registered Nurse and to provide consolidation of nursing knowledge and skills whilst using a holistic approach to the delivery of nursing care.
