This is a 52-week program commencing January 24th 2022.
The program consists of 6 months at Echuca Regional Health and 6 months at Rochester and Elmore District Health Service (REHDS)
Six positions at 0.8 EFT (8 days per fortnight).
Experience gained at REDHS includes Aged Care, Acute and exposure to Urgent Care Centre.
Rotations at ERH in Medical Ward or Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit with potential exposure to specialty areas with “experience” Professional Development days.
The graduate program is designed to help the Graduate Nurse to transition from student to Registered Nurse and to provide consolidation of nursing knowledge and skills whilst using a holistic approach to the delivery of nursing care.
