Services
Echuca Regional Health’s Dialysis Unit offers maintenance haemodialysis in a light and modern facility.
Days of operation are currently Monday, Wednesday and Friday. There are two shifts per dialysis day and capacity for 12 clients.
Expressions of interest for a permanent dialysis position can be made to the Nurse Unit Manager on 03 54855225 or via your Renal Physician or Parent hospital.
Contact the unit directly for holiday dialysis requests. Holiday positions are offered when a vacancy arises.
ERH Parent Hospital is Austin Health.
Fees
Dialysis clients may elect to use private health cover for dialysis treatment and Echuca Regional Health aims to provide a ‘no gaps’ service for private clients.
Clients not using private health cover will be admitted as public patients for their treatment and there will be no charge.
