Services:

  • The McGrath Cancer Care Nurse (Haematology) provides care, information and support for people with blood cancer across the continuity of care pathways.
  • Providing collaborative clinical and supportive care for people and their families, along with the facilitation of communication across the multidisciplinary blood cancer care team.
  • The service is free and can be accessed via referral made by self-referral, Haematologists, General Nurse Practitioners or any health professional.
