Brad reached out to us through his Cancer Support Nurse team at ERH, to ask how he could get involved and share his story to promote fundraising and support of the Cancer and Wellness Centre.
Brad joined us as an ambassador in April 2021 and just this week, Brad has shared his Bladder Cancer diagnosis story in the Riv Herald, whereby he talks of the challenges of being diagnosed during COVID-19, and the impact of travelling to Bendigo for his treatments, which will be conducted here in Echuca once the new Centre is built.
Brad has a wealth of knowledge in marketing, communications and events, and has a strong background in fundraising. He has many connections and is keen to support fundraising events and share his story to increase awareness of Bladder Cancer, and to promote the new Cancer and Wellness Centre. Brad has a wife and 3 daughters and is looking forward to seeing the Cancer and Wellness Centre come to fruition.
